It is important when so many of us spend our day either hunched over the computer or on our feet to take care of our health by strengthening core muscle groups and tackling the effects of poor posture. A weekly program of Pilates in the workplace can reduce tension and stress, lift energy levels and improve concentration and work efficiency.

What’s on offer?

Pilates with Trish offers a range of wellbeing matwork classes for groups of up to 12 people per session as well as private lessons for individuals or duets at your place of work. The duration of each class varies between 45×60 minutes. Mats and other small equipment are provided as required.

Classes can be tailored to meet the needs of different groups. For example, general mixed ability, pre-and/or post-pregnancy, men only, over 50s, etc. Individual or duet sessions will be designed to meet the specific aims and needs of the people involved.

How much does it cost?

I would like to work with you to tailor a package and pricing model to suit your needs. Block booking group classes for six weeks or more is one cost effective option. An alternative, for a fixed price, is to arrange for me to stay on-site for a set period, for example morning up to and including lunchtime or afternoon (also including lunchtime). This way you can offer your employees a range of group and individual sessions and you could offer different group classes too.
